Our in-house team has extensive experience in developing designs for residential buildings, hospitals, Airports, Rehabilitation Centers, mosques, warehouses, sewerage, water supply distribution networks, STP, RO plants, Sports complexes etc. 

Our core team is well experienced and well versed with local regulations and make innovative Architectural, Structural, MEP design and 3D renderings. Our registered Engineers and Architects prepare and review the drawings in line with municipal building codes and submit to the Government with required stamps. 

We have developed a highly competent pool of expertise with a deep local knowledge base. Individually, all the key members of the firm have been engaged in the built environment industry of the Maldives, gaining invaluable experience working in both the public and the private sector at a proficient level.  Our services have expanded extensively into other areas such as socioeconomic research and planning.
